The EXHAUSTO ES 12 is a multiple-appliance control panel that is used to interlock multiple heating appliances with an automated chimney or duct draft maintenance system or a variable combustion air supply system. The ES 12 is for intermittent fan or ventilator operation only, not for applications that require continuous operation.
 
When used with an EXHAUSTO CASV (Chimney Automation System) system, the ES 12 will start the chimney fan when the heating appliance it is monitoring receives a call for heat. Once sufficient draft is achieved, the appliance will be allowed to energize. If the draft falls below the pre-set point, all attached appliances will be disconnected.
 
When used with an EXHAUSTO MCAS (Modulating Combustion Air Supply) system, the ES 12 will start the combustion air supply ventilator when the heating appliance it is monitoring receives a call for heat. Once sufficient air pressure is achieved in the room where the heating appliance is installed, the appliance will be allowed to energize. If the mechanical room air pressure falls below the pre-set point, all attached appliances will be disconnected.
 
The ES 12 can control up to four heating appliances. Additional appliances may be controlled by wiring multiple ES 12 controls in parallel. Required 120VAC; contacts are rated at a maximum load of eight amps at 230VAC.
