EXHAUSTO PDS-1 is a fixed
point differential switch that is used to shut down a heating appliance if
an inadequate draft situation occurs, either as the result of mechanical
or electrical failure or a blocked or otherwise compromised exhaust flue
or chimney.
Typically used in conjunction with gas- or oil-fired appliances where it
can be interlocked with the gas supply valve or the safety or control
circuit of the appliance.
