EXHAUSTO GSV Ultra-reliable, low-maintenance, variable-speed electric chimney fan designed specifically for wood-burning pizza ovens.
The GSV discharges vertically at a high velocity to ensure the pizza oven's chimney is properly drafted. The oven's fuel (wood) is used more efficiently and smoke is never released into the kitchen nor will customers ever have to eat in a smoky dining room.
 
Extremely low noise levels and vibration free operation are assured by a totally enclosed motor with permanently sealed ball bearings and dynamically and statically balanced stainless steel fan blades.
 
Corrosion-resistant cast aluminum fan housing is hinged to allow for periodic cleaning and service, and for access to the chimney should the need ever arise.
 
For even more effective control of your wood-burning pizza oven's draft and its fuel utilization efficiency, combine the GSV with an Exhausto EFC 211 Fan Control.

GSV Standard Features
Low Maintenance
Air-cooled, split capacitor direct drive motor with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearing assembly is essentially maintenance free, thus annual service costs are virtually eliminated.
 
Corrosion Resistant
Hinged, corrosion resistant, cast SAE331 aluminum fan housings with a minimum thickness of 3/16" can be opened easily for inspection and periodic cleaning. Cast aluminum impeller also resists corrosion.
 
Factory Warranty
Two (2) year factory warranty on the entire fan. Ten (10) year factory warranty against corrosion perforation. Manufactured at an ISO9001 certified plant.
 
Durable
Exhausto fans are designed specifically to deliver optimum performance despite the extreme heat produced by wood-burning ovens. All components are produced in-house by Exhausto in Denmark to the company's own exacting specifications.

GSV Warranty Information
All equipment guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of installation, or 30 months from date of shipment, whichever occurs first. There is an additional 10 year warranty against corrosion perforation of the fan housing.
