CASI Features
Standard design and construction features and advantages, safety information, and warranty.
  1. Efficiency Mechanical venting ensures that gas-fired appliances will always be drafted per the manufacturer's specific recommendations. Fuel will be utilized more efficiently, ultimately reducing energy costs.
  2. Flexibility Virtually unlimited lengths of venting can be used without increasing stack size and circuitous routing of the vent pipe is no longer problematic.
  3. Durability Exhausto fans are designed to deliver optimum performance within the extremes of heat and dirt typically produced as the byproducts of fuel-burning heating appliances and commercial food preparation equipment. All components are produced in-house by Exhausto in Denmark to the company's own exacting specifications.
  4. Low Maintenance The heavy duty direct drive motor with permanently lubricated and sealed ball bearing assembly is essentially maintenance free, virtually eliminating annual service costs (with the exception of grease ducts and commercial dryer applications, which must be cleaned at regular intervals).
  5. Safety Each appliance is interlocked with the CASI control: the fan starts when a call for heat is received and the ignition sequence is only initiated once an adequate, pre-set draft is established. If the fan fails (due to a power failure or mechanical problem), all appliances monitored by the control will be shut down until the problem is corrected.
  6. Corrosion Resistant Hinged corrosion resistant fan housings are cast SAE331 aluminum with a minimum thickness of 3/16" and can be opened easily for inspection and periodic cleaning.
  7. Warranty All equipment guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation, or thirty ( 30) months from date of shipment, whichever occurs first. There is an additional ten ( 10) year warranty against corrosion perforation of the fan housing. For complete warranty
